MAXIMUM RETURN ON INVESTMENT WITH
FLEXIBLE EXHIBITION SOLUTIONS

A flexible long-term solution will make it easier to justify costs and maximize return on investment. At the same time, it offers great opportunities to effectively tailor the stand design to the needs of each specific event, keeping the level of variable costs as low as possible.

Benefit 1: RE-USABLE MATERIALS

Costs of exhibition stands are often considered a one-time expense. However, modular aluminum frames, as well as the fabric cloths and panels, are re-usable (and very sustainable). Therefore any costs with regard to booth construction and design should be seen as an investment and not a one-time expense. Using the same material for multiple exhibition stand designs (spread over several years) is very common.

Benefit 2: MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY

A modular booth construction is made of separate (fixed) modules which can be used in different set-ups (and stand areas). There are no restrictions with regard to exhibition stand ideas; e.g. square and round shapes are both possible. Next to that, by using interchangeable fabric cloths and panels the exhibit booth design can easily be updated and the look and feel of the stand can even be changed completely. This offers the opportunity to create custom exhibition stands for each specific visit of separate organizational departments, for no or little additional costs. Additionally, the stand modules can be used separately for small and/or internal events.

Therefore, using a modular exhibition stand provides maximum flexibility with regard to stand area, design and occasions which maximizes the return on investment.

Benefit 3: SHORTER BUILD-UP TIMES

It is a trend within the exhibition industry that permitted build-up times become shorter. Using a modular stand construction ensures shorter build-up times, because assembling is quite straightforward.

Benefit 4: ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY

The modular frames are made of light weight and re-usable aluminum. Contrary to belief that aluminum is not environmental friendly, it’s a fact that nowadays it’s being recycled for more than 70% without a decrease in mechanical characteristics.

No further treatment of the material is needed which implies that there is little to no (plastic) waste, no use of harmful substances or materials.

CONCLUSION

The biggest advantage of modular exhibition stands is the maximum level of flexibility which leads to time- and money savings in the long term. The stand material can easily be re-used for multiple trade shows for which a new booth design can be created as well.

We perfectly understand which elements of the booth construction need to be flexible and we are able to create a basic concept from that starting point. Having a modular stand provides our customers a solid foundation that will last for years. Next to that, it offers the opportunity to effectively respond to market and/or exhibition changes by quickly adapting stand size and design without a huge cost impact!
